Board Considers Plan
At its regular meeting today, the newly formed Oversight Committee presented a proposed Community Engagement Plan for approval by the Lafayette Parish School Board. The plan, developed by a collaborative effort between district representatives and the CSRS team is a comprehensive plan to engage the community throughout the master planning process.
 
The Plan includes over 70 public meetings and is developed around five community wide dialog topics. These include visioning, existing conditions, site options, master plan options, and the final master plan. The community dialog meetings are proposed to be held at two locations TBD to reach out to as many people as possible.
 
A major component of the community engagement plan will be the development of a master planning web site to be developed hosted and maintained by the CSRS team. The web site address is http://lpss.csrsonline.com.

Community Dialogue Update

The Northside High School Community Dialgoue date has been changed.
The new date is Tuesday, March 16 at 6:00 in the cafeteria.  The Lafayette High School Community Dialogue meeting will still be occuring onTuesday, March 16 at 6:00 in the cafeteria. You may choose a location that is convenient for you.
