The various tasks associated with this effort are inputs into, and culminate in, the development of the Facilities Master Plan. The CSRS team’s synthesis of the various scopes of services will yield an actionable, project –based facilities master plan with emphasis on the first two 5-year increments including a district wide 20 year projection.
The overall master plan will include a district map indicating all school sites present and future.
The overall master plan will include:
- Total projected enrollment
- Total number of schools required
- Grade configurations required
- Current and projected enrollments
- Suggested capacity
- Suggested capital improvements
- Space allocation tables
This overall master plan will be supported by an analysis of each site. Each site will be illustrated (in plan view) showing the future construction activities in yearly activity for the first 5 years and then 5 year increments.
Drafts and options for the final master plan will be posted here for review and comment beginning in early spring 2010. Once the board formally adopts the final master plan in May of 2010, the final master plan will be posted here.
