The Lafayette Parish School System has committed to continue the community-based grass roots effort which led to the preparation of this master plan. This commitment is reflected in the numerous meetings planned as part of the community engagement plan.
The following is a list of all meetings currently anticipated. As soon as dates are confirmed, they will be posted here. Agendas will typically be posted about a week before the meeting. Minutes will be posted within 7 days of the meeting date.
The purpose of the Oversight Committee is to engage the district administration in the Master Planning Process.
